We are pleased to announce the installation of two new reactors at our Plant 2.

The key features of these newly installed reactors are as follows:

 

1. Reduced Heating and Cooling Time through High Heat-Transfer Glass Technology

The inner surface of the reactors is equipped with high heat-transfer glass, significantly improving both heating and cooling efficiency.

Compared with our conventional equipment, a reduction in processing time of approximately 30% is expected (based on design values).

 

2. Enhanced Process Control with Radar Level Gauges

The reactors are equipped with radar level gauges, enabling digital monitoring and management of liquid levels.

This contributes to improved process reproducibility and more consistent product quality.

 

3. Improved Cooling Performance with Low-Temperature Design

The reactors and heat exchangers are designed for low-temperature operation and support brine cooling in the range of -30℃ to -20℃.

Their enhanced cooling capability improves reaction efficiency, shortens production time, and contributes to increased productivity.

 

 

With the introduction of this new equipment, we aim to further enhance production efficiency and strengthen our manufacturing capabilities.
